We test all our pre-owned games before sending them to you and guarantee they work. However, in the unlikely event that your game does not play as expected, you can return it to us for a full refund.

FAQs:

Q: How does Game Ship test the games?

A: When new stock is entered into our system, it must first go through a test to ensure the game works. We do this by loading the game into the console and playing the first stage/level of the game to ensure it plays as normal. (Yes, this means we wait through those lengthy cinematics that you can't skip!) 

If the game loads correctly and plays normally, it passes the test. If there are any issues, we will attempt to repair the disc, but if it doesn't load in our machine here, then it doesn't make it onto our website.

Q: I received my game but am having problems with it, what do I do?

A: In the unlikely event that your game does not play as expected, simply send us an email to info@gameship.com.au, quoting your order number and details of the issue. If required, you might need to send the item back to us for inspection. Once inspected, we'll then let you know the next steps.

Q: How quickly will I receive a refund?

A: Once you have returned the game, we'll carry out further testing to see if we can replicate the issue you encountered. Where we find the same issue, we'll process your refund immediately. If we are unable to replicate the issue, we may still offer a refund on a case by case basis. We'll reach out to you to discuss the details if needed.

Q: Can I just swap the game for a different one?

A: Of course! If you'd rather that we send you a different game back, please let us know. There may be a difference in price, and if so, we'll get in touch to discuss the details. 

Q: What happens if it's outside of the 30 days since I purchased the game?

A: Unfortunately we can only exchange or refund your games within the 30 day period. In all cases though, we'd encourage you to contact us and discuss any issues.
