COVID-19 Update

Some deliveries are experiencing delays due to reduced capacity in Australia Post's distribution network and increased demand for parcel delivery services.

We are continuing to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible to minimise any delay, however if your order is urgent, we recommend choosing Express Post.

How long are the delays?

We continue to monitor the delivery time frames of all orders and the delay varies depending on your location. Australia post has advised that minor delays are being experienced on a small number of parcel post items, with some routes taking a bit longer. 

Despite this, in most cases we are seeing items delivered within the quoted time frame (2-9 business days for standard parcel post). Express post usually arrives within 1-4 business days, but can take longer.

Is express post faster?

While Australia Post does not currently guarantee next day delivery for metropolitan cities, they are still prioritising express post parcels. Generally we're seeing express post deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days.

What else are you doing to improve delivery time frames?

We're doing everything we can - this includes:

• Dispatching items as fast as possible, in most cases the same day for orders placed before 12pm.
• Partnering with additional logistics providers for Melbourne Metro deliveries. This means your order may be delivered through a courier service instead of Australia Post.
